It also provides job opportunities to local people and increases development initiatives so that the local economy contributes. It helps visitors to protect and appreciate local traditions. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effects of eco-houses; to present examples of eco hotels along with the services they provide in our country and in the world. A systematic compilation study has been conducted on the subject. Documents were reviewed and literature was searched in the collection of necessary data.
