Abstract

In this study, it was tried to determine what the teacher opinions on the competence of school administrators are. For the purposes of the study, case studies were used in qualitative research methods. Teachers working at different levels and types of educational institutions in Kahramanmaraş province center districts constitute the sample and the sample of the research. In the research, case study design was used as qualitative research methods. Looking at the findings of the research, it appears that they are aware of communication skills, following technological innovations and having these innovations, empathizing, being tolerant of staff and students, being just and fair, concentrating on school issues in consultation with all the stakeholders of the school.
