The subjectivity we are looking for in Ismet Özel's poem "Mataramda Tuzlu Su" corresponds to a search for a door that is open to utopian senders. In this poem we read as a rejection of social alienation, the journey portrayed by the poet is the genuine construction of me, which gains more meaning together with modernity.
