Abstract

Mythology: It is a field of science that interprets and examines their myths, origins and meanings. Myths have taken place in history for centuries. Existence of myths in the scene of history is associated with some special events. Those events are intertwined with unusual and extraordinary notions that show how myths have been involved in history scene. History has become a science leading future with the events of the past by retaining liveliness and transmitting nations’ cultures, life styles national and all moral values,from generation to generation. Although history and mythology seems not to support each other they both are important for a nation. Also, Turkish mythology as is in Turkish art has come form Middle and Interior since Palaeolithic Ages. Myths has formed a process that reappeared by being reshaped in steppe culture and made complete by Proto-Turks. For this reason, Mythological-characteris in the eras before Turks are important as well for Turkish Mythology as archaeology and art history material .Our artist , he was influenced by old Turkish history, Turkish motives, mural paintings, stamps and figures while with the remaining things in his mind.In this study we will discuss reflections of the mythological elements that existed at the past to th, works of Rauf Tuncer.
