Constitutionalism had been fastened when many important regulations of our education history were prepared during 1908-1918, and especially between 1913 and 1918, when Party of Union and Progress had political dominance. Primary school was influenced by this transformation and how children could be educated to be ethical and civilized individuals was thought while preparing the related laws, curriculums and textbooks. The textbook, which was written by Ali Riza Bey in the name of “İbtidailere Malumat-ı Ahlakiyye ve Medeniyye (Moral and Civilization Knowledge for Primary School), 1331 (1915), portraits a real example that we can benefit from philosophy of ethics accumulation about moral education perspectives in primary school curriculums, which were dated 1913 and 1914. Hence, following the period of creating ethical citizens from textbooks and the related regulations will be a key point on understanding the constructions that have been made to create today’s ethical individuals.},author={Seval YİNİLMEZ AKAGÜNDÜZ},year={2017},journal={Kesit Akademi}}
