Abstract

The Old-Turkish States have succeeded in placing justice on the basis of their culture and civilization, having a tradition of an important state and political institution in the historical process. As a matter of fact, the Turks, after adopting the Islamic religion, have established a synthesis based on the traditions of the old custom and the law. One of the most fundamental issues in which this synthesis works is traceability through grievance institutions. In this study, it is aimed to emphasize the culture of grievance in the former Turkish-Islamic states by giving information about the main grievance institutions applied in the former Turkish-Islamic states. In this context, the importance given by the Turks to the issues of justice, human rights and public relations has also emerged in the context of the mentioned relationship.
