Abstract

Nowadays, the technological developments in the health sector in mind, this progress be reflected in what way by employees of the institution and foot uydurulacağı curious. Organizational culture is the Organization's employees come together to share traditions, beliefs, languages, feelings, interactions, practices and values. Kind of social mechanism of the Organization as the acquisition described in organizational citizenship behavior directed at cooperation with colleagues, employees and system protective activities, to develop the system to discard the original ideas, in order to provide more contributions to the system of training itself, the Organization's external environment will allow the positive recognition for effort.
