Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, fen öğretimine yönelik olarak araştırmacılar tarafından ‘‘enzimlerin çalışmasına etki eden faktörler’’ konusu için tasarlanan sanal laboratuvar hakkında öğretmen adaylarının görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma, 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim güz yarıyılında Erzincan Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenliği programına devam etmekte olan 20 öğretmen adayı ile yürütülmüştür. Öğretmen adayları iki gruba ayrılmış, bir grup sadece sanal ortamda etkinliği gerçekleştirmiş, diğer grup deneyi hem sanal hem geleneksel ortamda yapmıştır. Uygulama sonunda her iki gruba on sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmen adaylarının genel olarak sanal olarak tasarlanmış etkinliği beğendikleri, sanal laboratuvarın yaygınlaştırılması, özellikle laboratuvar imkanları kısıtlı olan okullarda uygulamanın faydalı olacağını belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca geleneksel laboratuvar ortamlarının öğrenci gelişimine katkı sağlaması açısından uygulamaların bu ortamlarda da devam etmesi gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir.

Abstract
This study is intended to receive the opinions of science teacher candidates on the use of virtual lab, specifically designed by the researchers for the subject matter titled “factors affecting the functioning of enzymes” in teaching of science. The study was carried out with 20 teacher candidates studying at the Department of Science Teaching in the Faculty of Education, Erzincan University, during the fall semester of 2016-2017 academic year. The teacher candidates were first divided into two groups. One group studied the above-mentioned subject matter only in virtual lab while the other group studied it in both virtual lab and the traditional laboratory conditions. At the end of the activity, the participants in both groups were given a semi-structured interview form consisting of ten questions and required to answer the questions in the form. The teacher candidates generally stated at the end of the study that they liked the virtual lab designed, that it would be useful to make virtual labs common, and that use of virtual labs especially at schools with limited laboratory facilities would be useful. They in addition emphasized that traditional laboratory activities should also be maintained to contribute more to the development of students.
