ANAYASA MAHKEMESİ’NE BİREYSEL BAŞVURU YOLU UYGULAMASINA BAKIŞ AÇISINI ÖLÇMEYE YÖNELİK BURSA İLİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; Bursa ilinde kişilerin Anayasa Mahkemesi’ne bireysel başvuru yolu uygulamasına kişilerin bakış açısını ölçmektir. Bu kapsamda, Bursa ilinde faaliyet gösteren serbest muhasebeci mali müşavir, yeminli mali müşavir ve avukatlarla anket uygulamasına gidilmiştir. Meslek mensuplarına sunulan ankette demografik ve kişisel özelliklerin yanı sıra Anayasa Mahkemesi’ne bireysel başvuru yolu ile ilgili genel sorular ve vergilendirme alanında bireysel başvuru yolu uygulaması ile ilgili düşünceleri ölçmeye yönelik toplam 44 adet soru yer almıştır. Sorular 5’li Likert ölçeğine göre hazırlanmış ve anket toplam 382 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Yapılan anket neticesinde; verilen cevaplar numaralandırılarak elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 programına girilerek frekans, ki-kare ve korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Ki-kare bağımsızlık ve korelasyon testlerine tâbi tutulan sorular arasındaki ilişki ve anlamlılık düzeyi incelenmiş ve anlamlı bulunan ilişkiler çapraz tablo analizi ile değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Abstract
The aim of this study is the find out the point of view that survey of individual appeal to the Constitutional Court to individual’s in Bursa city. For this purpose, survey was conducted to the independent accountant and financial advisor, certified public accountant and lawyer employee in Bursa city. In this survey presented to members of profession, in addition to demographic and personal characteristics, generel questions and individual appeal in the field of taxation of about of individual appeal to the Constitutional Court has been questioned to measure total of 44 question. Questions prepared according to the Likert scale of 5 point and the survey presented a total of 382 people. As a result of the survey; the data obtained given the answers by numbering in the SPSS 22.0 program were performed frequency, chi-square and Correlation analyzes. The relationship and the significiance of level between the questions chi-square and Correlation analyzis searched and the significant relationships were evaluated cross-table analysis.
