Abstract

Many linguists have different attitudes to grammar teaching. Some think it is not necessary to teach grammar in the second language classroom. According to many linguists is very necessary. We agree with this view. But, grammar teaching is not only to teach the formulas and rules. Grammar teaching should be never based on memorization. Therefore, it must consider many aspects of language teaching. In this context, this study provides some applications (tasks), narration techniques, tables, figures and examples. This study has presented some proposals within the scope of application of the passivisation, {-mIş} morpheme, imperative mood, case suffixes, noun phrases and {-(y)IncA} morpheme. In this study, Turkish morphemes were examined by Larsen-Freeman (2001) approach. Larsen-Freeman thinks language is divided in to three layers: (i) form (linguistic structure), (ii) meaning and (iii) use (performance). The descriptions and applications in this study is not based learners, it is made according to the tutor (teacher). Therefore, the applications in this study must be reconstructed according to the learners level.
