Educating and getting them ready for future is so important, besides it includes much responsibility and attention. Changing life style and workload of parents is increasing this responsibility of parents on their children more and more. This responsibility causes finding new simple and practical solutions for growing and educating children. With the developping technology, parents find the solution to have their children watch cartoons on tv. Although parents think about their children on safe while they are watching cartoons,they also have negative effects. In a positive way cartoons are not only educating but also reflects the behavioural patterns as a culture, cooperation, solidarity and love. In a negative way it includes political and subliminal messages and gives children violent, aggressive and sexual images.
