Analysis, including 33 OECD countries, along with Turkey, covers 34 countries in total. In order to determine the relative development of Turkey within the OECD multivariate statistical methods of cluster analysis was applied. It is aimed to find out the country groups of Turkey. The study fills the gap in the literature as it shows relative development of both Turkey and the OECD countries.
