Abstract

Marketing public relations is a total process of planning, implementation and evaluation, which promotes selling and customer satisfaction by paying attention to customers’ desires, needs and interests, and uses proper communication channels to share reliable and true information. In other words, it is public relations practices, which supports marketing events in accordance with marketing strategies in order to increase corporation’s sales. Therefore marketing public relations practices include trend analyses regarding customer and target audience, corporate and product identity developments within the results of these analyses and all kind of communicative events for both corporate and customer satisfaction. Within this framework, developing customer oriented strategies on product packaging and product exhibition is the important part of the marketing public relations practices. Within this point of view, this study emphasizes the elements and the importance of packaging and exhibition strategies of products.
