Despite of these, there were seen some political events, smuggling and plant and animal diseases along the Syria border and these problems affected the plant and animal life in Turkey. After the independence of Hatay, Syria refused to obey the international agreements. Such a case caused some problems between two countries. The international relationship experts and political scientists carried on many studies on the political issues arosen between two countries.
