In our literary works, which are praised by real or figurative means of drink and drink, are also called sâkî-nâme. It is understood from the Sâkî-nâmeler that the profession is a very old profession, that it includes duties such as offering drinks in the chamber of parliament, organizing parliamentary adabas, and that this profession is gradually becoming more graceful and that saqids know poetry and music in addition to special skills. In the dimension of mysticism, "sâkî" is a pîr-i mugan which presents love wine, mürşid-i kâmilidir of meyhanen. Ameyhane is a place full of love and enthusiasm from passions.
