The main axis of this paper is retrospec-tively examining 1st Independent Cinema comprehension starting with 1900’s as well as 2nd Independent Cinema comprehension of 2000’s. In this study, cause and effects of the development process of New Cinema Movement and Another Cinema will be discussed by considering the def-initions of 1st& 2nd Independent Cinemas. The paper will also focus on the concept of auteur and the producer-scriptwriter-director relationship. Therefore, disposition of Turkish Cinema after 1990’s and the problematic issues related to it are significantly important in terms of addressing the issues mentioned below.The second part of the paper is consisting of the sector’s supplying chain monopoly which has not been able to become truly a sector yet. Because the concept director is on paper only since Yeşilçam Era which was cornered by “producer-supplier and manager-ship” chain.
