Abstract
Özellikle son yüzyılda teknolojik gelişmelerin yaşanması, endüstriyel üretimin artması ve yaşam standartlarının yükselmesiyle birlikte müşterilerin daha bilinçli ve seçici hale gelmeleri sonucu, ürünlerde kaliteye önem verme düzeyi giderek yükselmiştir. Bunun yanında küresel rekabet ortamında işletmelerin yarış halinde olmalarıyla birlikte hem kalite hem de maliyetlerde yaşanacak iyileşme olgusu ön plana çıkmış konumdadır. Bu noktalardan hareketle üretimde hataları önleyerek, kaliteli üretime destek verilmesi, son derece dikkatle üzerinde durulması gereken bir konu olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızda, üretimde meydana gelen hataları önleyerek veya azaltarak kaliteli üretime hizmet eden bir teknik olan poka-yoke tekniğinden bahsedilmiş ve akabinde bir uygulama örneğine değinilerek bulguları paylaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Levels of concern for quality in products increased on the grounds that customers become more discerning owing to technological development, industrial production and an increase in living standards rising especially in the last century. Besides, the fact that the companies are in competition in the global competitive environment, improvement in both quality and cost became more important. From this point of view, avoiding the mistakes in production and the support to the quality production has emerged as a subject that needs to be carefully considered. In this respect in this present study, poke-yoke technique mentioned that serves to prevent or decreasing the errors in production, and then findings are shared with referring to the application example.
