Abstract
Sanayi-i Nefise Mektebi, 3 Mart 1883 yılında açılmış, Osmanlı Devleti’nin ilk güzel sanatlar okuludur. Mektep Âliye’den olan mektepte, mimarlık, ressamlık, heykeltıraşlık ve hakkâklık (oymacılık) dallarında eğitim verilmektedir. Mektebin, bilinen 1882, 1911 ve 1924 yıllarına ait üç adet talimatnamesi vardır. Çalışmamızda okulun 25 Haziran 1327 (1911) yılına ait, Mahmut Bey matbaasında basılmış olan Osmanlıca kaleme alınmış talimatnamesi incelenecektir. Talimatname temelde iki bölümdür. İlk bölüm 10 fasıl ve 48 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Bu bölümde, mektebin teşkilatına, öğrenci kabulüne, okutulan uygulamalı ve teorik derslere, atölye ve sergilere, kütüphane ve koleksiyonlara, verilecek diplomalara ve öğrencilerin uyması gereken kural ve kaidelere değinilmiştir. Talimatnamenin diğer bölümünde ise mektepte eğitim verilen mimarlık, ressamlık, heykeltıraşlık ve hakkâklık bölümleri ve bu bölümlerde işlenen dersler ile derslerin haftalık ders saatine ve ders içeriklerine dair bilgiler verilmektedir.

Abstract
Sanayi-i Nefise, which was founded on 3 March 1883, is the first school of fine arts of Ottoman Empire. As a part of Mektep Âliye (Academy), this school had architecture, arts, statuary, and carving classes. The school has three known instructionsbelonging to the years of 1882, 1991, and 1924. This paper studies the instruction of 25 June 1327(1911), which was inked in Ottoman Turkish, and printed out in the printing house belonging to Mahmut Bey. There are two chapters in the instructions, the first of which consists of 10 sections and 48 clauses. This first chapter includes information about the organization of the school, student acceptance conditions, both applied and theoretical classes, workshops and exhibitions, collections and library, diplomas, and rules that students are supposed to obey. The other chapter of the instructions includesinformation both about the departments such as architecture, arts, statuary, and carving, and about courses, weekly course hours and course contents
