Abstract

Political parties are considered to be the most effective units in the local municipality. From this perspective, it is said that the work of political parties is influential on voter behavior, and it is thought that the tendency of voters to vote for their services and citizens' satisfaction is made positive for the party that the mayor belongs to. Therefore, the main question of the study was determined as "How does the performance of the mayors affect the voting rate of the party in the general elections?" In this context, it is tested whether the relevant mayor's performance is a positive part of the party to which it is attached, and where the party chooses according to the performance of the citizen.
