The study is a qualitative study. The working group consist of eight disabled people who participate on the working life and voluntarily participate in the work. In the working, datas has been collected by the researcher with four open-ended guestions and voice recorder. The method of the study is semi-structured interview. The datas were analyzed descriptive analysis technique. According to the results of the research, disableds face to face problems in working and daily life: physical arrangements on transportation, overprotective behavioring and prejudice.
