With the establishment of the new Goverment was established, some reforms were realized in the health care services. Ministry of Health was established during the Independence War period and new hospitals were built , the number of beds increased in the hospitals, doctors, nurses and other health staff was trained. Struggle against Malaria, tuberculosis, syphilis, trachoma and other diseases started and the health of the society was preserved. Academic studies were carried out by the experts of health. With the point of view as a historian, in this study, it is contributed to the literature through examining the Budget sessions of the Turkish Grand Assembly.
