Abstract
This article explains that in today’s new working order that is formed with the Industrial Revolution, the handicraft-based craftsmanship has been removed from the social and working field and in today's new media environment supported by advanced technologies, a significant part of the individual's time is spent using social networks in Intellectual effort based work and that this phenomenon radically changed the structure of it.
