When the new Goverment was established, there made new reforms were realized in agriculture and raising animals. The production of tobacco, olive, cotton, sugar beet,tea, opium, grains, citrus fruits and other products increased. Many studies were carried out on agricultural taxes, agriculture equipment, distributing land to the people who did not have, agricultural education, seasonal workmanship. The country itself met the needs of products in the field of forestry, fishing, number of animals and number of vet, animal diseases and poultry. Agriculture engineers, vets and economists performed academic studies on the issue. With the point of view as a historian, in this study, it is contributed to the literature through examining the Budget sessions of the Turkish Grand Assembly.
