Abstract

Language, stimulation, design, production and usage studies are areas where basic linguistic information concerning language nature is clustered. Their predecessor is the language acquisition. The relationship between the fields mentioned is determined by a sequence which is not added. Language usage is final and concrete. Native tendency/teaching, in general, is carried out through this final, concrete phase. In this article, my use of the word ‘stimulation’ is limited to the pre-language context. I propose that language theory and language teaching are closely connected. Language production is the process which incorporates the non-verbal planning of a sentence, and then, the mechanical production of language which involves various cognitive centres. For example, complex grammatical, vocabulary and syntactical processes which are contingent on the environmental context. This provides the meaningful foundation of language. Phenomenoligcally, language usage informs an individual’s social connectedness with the social world. Of course, language includes its various forms such as speaking and writing. This study emphasises the relationship between areas of language production, text linguistics, psycholinguistics and language teaching in relation to mother tongue teaching and education. The study will also provide suggestions for understanding this relationship.
