In our country, we passed the patient rights with a regulation published in 1998. The main objective of patient rights is to provide medical, physical and spiritual support to the patient and to obtain socially stronger individuals. In this study, it was aimed to determine the patient and child's knowledge level of the close relatives of hospitalized children. Cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted between Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Health Services Vocational School students and March-April 2018. Questionnaires were used in the research to determine the level of patients and children's rights. participants were interviewed face to face for 5-10 minutes.
