Abstract

In the 21sth century, allocation of foreign capital investments between countries change rapidly as same as changes and mobilization happen in all other areas. Firms produce and sales their products or services in any country where they can earn as much as possible instead of limiting themselves to their nations. All developing countries in the world race to attract more foreign direct investment (FDI). Efforts of developing countries in creating more appealing investment environments for foreign direct investment turn into international rivalry. The reforms of countries that aim to create a more attractive and advantageous investment environment play a leading and important role in the decisions of foreign investors. Decision makers make great efforts not to create unfair competition among available investors while leading incentives of investments. Indeed, many countries have endeavored to establish a healthy balance in competitiveness and to develop attractive methods that encourage foreign investors. Many scholars and practitioners consider FDI a key to economic growth due to various factors. In addition to the investment incentives, countries attracting foreign investors are considered an important force that drives global trade. This study aim to evaluate Turkey’s targets to integrate with global trade and their effects on national economy since 1980s. The study has been evaluated positive and negative impacts on economy of Turkey by using statistical analysis datas.
