In this study, simple regression analysis was used to examine the effects of fatalism perceptions of employees on occupational safety concerns. Cronbach Alpha reliability analysis was used to measure the reliability of the scales used in the study and factor analysis was used for their validity. The study was conducted on 410 people working in the warehouse of logistics companies in Turkey. In this study, a questionnaire was developed by using two different scales. The scales were developed in five-point Likert type. As a result of the simple regression analysis, the findings obtained from 410 blue-collar employees working in warehouses of logistics enterprises were evaluated.
