Data collection is performed by taking expert opinions, analyzing literature review, and developing a three-stage model for related training. This model which is developed for multiculturalism and peace education is used for 20 teacher candidates who are selected on voluntary basis among the Social Sciences and geography teaching department. A diary of self-reflective were asked to teachers during the training of the teachers while interviews were carried out with students. All obtained data were analyzed and subjected to content analysis.
