Abstract

The social security system is one of the most important indicators of the level of well-being that protects individuals against various risks and is trying to secure their future. After the 1980s the change in the labor market with the influence of globalization Social security system has also deeply affected. Such that, on the one hand, the role of the state on the social security system has declined, while on the other side the private pension system began to become widespread. But the structural changes and transformations in the labor market and in the social security system have further deepened the gender inequality that exists in the working life. As is known, the number of women in working life is increasing every passing day. This increase usually occurs in precarious jobs. However, if the jobs where women are employed are relatively short, irregular and insecure, women are excluded from the social security system, which is based on the principle of regular premium payment. Therefore despite an important part of women being involved in the working life, they can not have the right to social security on their own. For this reason, part of the women in question are trying to be included in the system in their addictive status. However, women who cannot be included in the system are forced to live a life without security.
