Abstract

It is necessary that schools which have been educated levels of both high school and faculty must cooperate with Industry during the training. Unilateral electrical education consists of theoretical knowledge cannot gain sufficiency in the professional sense. The purpose of vocational education is making the youths acquire vocational skills; attitudes and habits by incorporate them into the education alongside with theoretical knowledge required for profession. Our country is in a struggle as well for a reform in vocational and technical education which is suitable to the knowledge required by dynamic labor market and skills and support the quality education and training. In this sense, young people need to gain qualifications and improve and renew this qualification constantly for being employed in a dynamic and changing labor market. Main object of education should be to give Electrical technician candidate young people technology culture in vocational and technical field and ensure their participation in industrial applications. Electrical education should be subjected to real technologies with an emphasis on current practices in education.
