Abstract
Sözsüz iletişim, tanık ve sanık ifadesi alınırken, verilen ifadenin doğruluğunun tespitinde kullanılabilmektedir. İfadenin güvenirliği ve yalan açısından değerlendirme yapılırken beden dili ve yüz ifadelerinin yorumlanması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu derleme çalışmasında sözsüz iletişim bulgularının ile temaruzu belirlemedeki rolü incelenecektir. Birey gerçeği çarpıtmak istediğinde, beden hareketlerinde ve yüz ifadelerinde istenmeyen değişimler yaşamaktadır. Bu değişimleri yorumlayarak kişinin gerçeği söyleyip söylemediğini anlama yolunda delil toplamak mümkün olabilmektedir. Böylelikle bu değerlendirme, tanık veya sanık tarafından verilen ifadenin doğruluğu hakkındaki analiz sürecine katkı sağlayabilmektedir. Verilen ifadelerin doğruluğunu tespit etmek amacıyla yapılacak olan incelemelerin mutlaka yüz ifadeleri konusunda eğitim almış bir uzman tarafından yapılması gerekmektedir. Sonuç olarak, beden dili ve yüz ifadeleri incelenerek temaruz ile ilgili inceleme yapmak ve sorguya katkı sağlamak mümkündür. Bu alanın gelişmesi açısından beden dili, yüz ifadesi, sözsüz iletişim kavramlarını tanımak önem arz etmektedir.

Abstract
Non-verbal communication can be used to determine the accuracy of the given statement while taking witness and accused statements. The interpretation of body language and facial expressions is of great importance when evaluating the reliability of what is said and the presence or absence of lies. In this review, the role of nonverbal communication findings in determining malingering will be examined. When the individual wants to distort the truth, undesirable changes occur in body movements and facial expressions. By interpreting these changes, it is possible to gather evidence to understand whether the person is telling the truth or not. Thus, this evaluation can contribute to the analysis process about the accuracy of the testimony given by the witness or the accused. The examinations to be carried out in order to determine the accuracy of the given expressions must be carried out by an expert trained in facial expressions. As a result, it is possible to analyze malingering and contribute to the query by examining body language and facial expressions. In terms of the development of this field, it is important to recognize the concepts of body language, facial expression, and nonverbal communication.
