Nature tourism is a type of tourism in which individuals prefer to stay in a rural area to rest in a natural environment, seeing different cultures, and being intertwined with nature, away from the crowds, noise, and air pollution of the cities. The importance of tourism with its different aspects and the fact that it is an activity that is closely related to many economic fields necessitates it to be handled as a policy such as trade, agriculture, and industry. During the Planned Development Period, which has been implemented in Turkey since 1963, many measures have been taken and put into practice regarding the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to evaluate national tourism policies related to nature tourism by using five-year development plans. In this research, content analysis technique, one of the qualitative analysis methods, was used and the data obtained were analyzed with the MAXQDA analysis program. It has been determined that tourism has been included in all development plans prepared since 1963. In the word cloud chart made for all development plans, it has been understood that words such as rural tourism, sustainability, ecotourism, nature, local, and politics came to the fore.

Turkey has been in search of deepening relations with its second biggest trade partner, the United Kingdom (UK), since the beginning, but especially after the BREXIT. In this regard, BREXIT has potential to be an accelerating factor on the bilateral relationship between Turkey and the UK, especially following the Free Trade Agreement signed in 2020, even after the COVID-19 pandemic crisis in 2020 that dramatically affected all over the world. The aim of this paper is to analyse the major patterns in bilateral trade between Turkey and the UK as well as the major political developments in order to shed some light to the ways of maximising mutual benefits by exploiting the existing economic (particularly trade) potential between the two parties and especially to investigate whether the BREXIT can have such potential in accelerating the bilateral trade relationship with a comparison with the European Union (EU). In the analysis part, post-BREXIT period of Turkey-UK economic relations is compared with the pre-BREXIT period in terms of total trade, export and import by using original figures and tables. In addition, the comparison of the EU-UK trade relations is done for the relevant periods. In this regard, it is found out that BREXIT with the relevant Free Trade agreement signed between Turkey and the UK has potential to accelerate the existing trade relationship between the parties.

As an art of volume, sculpturing tries to express the world around itself through the objectivism in the world. It tries to create 3D (three-dimensional) aesthetical images in the site. It gives various images from various perspectives. Site-image and form are compounded with artistic concerns. Artist of sculpture makes his opinions and senses felt by the forms. The word ‘form’ includes all images having any volume. In the perception of form, light-shadow is one of the main principles. A balanced distribution of light – shadow helps the integration of the work with the site. Composition is also of great importance in order to secure the integrity among forms. Composition is the harmony of textures, shapes and dimensions of the surface. There are various factors forming the composition. As being balancing elements of composition, these factors help creating a real art work if they used properly. Surface, rhythm, balance, ratio-rate, style, shape etc. concepts are among oh6r7rthers supporting form and composition.

Mankind has been working continuously throughout history to dominate the world. Conscience and conscientious intelligence, which are inherent in human beings, are at the forefront of the parameters that affect the developments in this process. Therefore, in this study, firstly, the concepts of conscience and conscientious intelligence are defined. Then, it is aimed to examine the relationship of these concepts with the concept of empathy existing in a person. The population of the research is Adıyaman University students, and the sample is Physical Education and Sports Highschool students. A total of 144 students participated into the research. Conscientious Intelligence Scale developed by Aktı et al. (2017) and Empathy Level Determination Scale adapted to Turkish by Kaya and Çolakoğlu (2015) were used in the research. The SPSS 21.0 software was used in the analysis of the data. In the analysis of the data, firstly, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test was performed and because of this analysis, it was seen that the data showed a normal distribution. For this reason, parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data. To determine the relationship between conscientious intelligence and empathy level and the effect of conscientious intelligence on empathy level, the Pearson correlation and regression analysis were performed. As a result, it has been determined that there is a strong and positive relationship between the conscientious intelligence levels of the athlete students and their empathy levels. At the same time, it has been determined that the level of conscientious intelligence has a positive and strong effect on the level of empathy. Thus, it is thought that if the conscientious intelligence levels of the athlete students are increased, their empathy levels will also be higher, and this situation can be reflected in their behaviors positively by better understanding the people.

In the 2005 social studies curriculum, despite this narrowing in history subjects, skills, values and local history, oral history and so on. With the inclusion of concepts in the program, it can be said that the scope of history teaching within the scope of social studies course has been expanded and made multi-layered. However, this positive situation was weakened to a certain extent in the 2017 social studies curriculum.

Because the subject is not clear yet, it causes lots of uncertainties and grievances for photographers, who are the creators of photographs, to seek their legal rights. Legally, the different opinions that emerged with the ongoing discussions on the art piece value of the photographs, put the lawsuits filed in the Law of Intellectual Property Rights into a dead end and cause contradictions.
For years, the fields of "Literature and Linguistics" have mutually fed and supported each other both in the literary and scientific sense. From this point of view, it is not possible to separate Literature from Linguistics and Linguistics from Literature, to see and evaluate them separately or independently. For this reason, studies in which a multidisciplinary perspective is taken into account in social sciences and especially the interdisciplinarity approach is exhibited have gained momentum all over the world in recent years and have become noteworthy. To briefly introduce our work in this contextual framework, in this article based on Pioneer of the Naturalism (Fr. Naturalisme) Movement in 19th Century French Literature Emile Zola's novel Claude's Confessions (Fr. La Confession de Claude) some of the utterances selected from the work will be analyzed in the context of "Perlocution" (Fr. Perlocution) with the Discourse Linguistics approach. After a deep reading of the text, the perlocutions in the novel will be scanned, classified and interpreted in terms of linguistic approach. The key point of the analysis is to illuminate as much as possible the question / problematic of what kind of linguistic signs do perloctions contained in the expressive utterances. The main purpose of the study is to give a certain meaning, classification and dimension to the concept of "Perlocution" in a literary text and to make a contribution to the field in this regard. Starting from Ferdinand De Saussure, the founder of General Linguistics, the theory of "Enunciation" (Fr. Énonciation) with "Analysis of Discourse" (Fr. Analyse du discours), the method which has an important place in French Linguistics within the scope of contemporary western linguistics, method will be used. In this context, the essence of the research is to explain the meanings of perlocutions (perlocutive utterances) through signs as linguistic use in a literary novel with a multi-faceted or multi-dimensional pragmatic approach.

For the development level and economic prosperity of the countries, it is very important that they provide young people with good education. The learning process begins when individuals are born. The development of students' high-level cognitive skills and their ability to use what they have learned in their daily lives are among the academic success goals. Learning takes place through the application of academic knowledge in daily life. In the project-based learning approach, students take responsibility and cooperate to fulfill the assigned task. In this study, the effect of project-based learning approach on academic achievement of students was investigated by using meta-analysis technique. For this purpose, the thesis center of Council of Higher Education, Google academic, Turkish Academic Network and Information database were scanned between 2002-2020. A total of 123 studies were reached. After the same studies were discarded, 119 studies were analyzed. First of all a total of 35 studies, which primarily included the experimental and control groups, as well as the standard deviation and average achievement score data of the experimental and control groups, were included in the meta-analysis research. Of the 35 studies included in the study, 31 of them are positive and 4 of them have negative effects. This situation shows that studies examining the effect of project-based learning approach on academic achievement have an effect in favor of the experimental group. According to the random effects model of the research, it was detected that the overall effect size was 1.074. Depending on this, it was concluded that the project-based learning approach had a very positive effect on academic achievement. For this reason, it was thought that supporting the academic knowledge with the implementation of the project after the theoretical knowledge was given would contribute positively to the process.

The fact that it lives underground, above ground and in water has caused power to be attributed to the snake in every period of history. Myths and legends about snakes have been produced in many cultures due to its features such as feeding on plants in nature, renewing its skin by changing its shell, and its poison and antidote. In the cultures of Mesopotamia, Egyptians, Ancient Greek and Roman mythologies, Central-Asian Pre-Islamic Turkish epics, western cultures, in short, the myths and myths about snakes show that many adjectives have been attributed to the snake by people since the 3rd millennium BC. In particular, the adjectives indicating that it is a source of health and healing caused the snake to be associated with health and medicine at a level to be sanctified. The serpent coats of arms on the facades of two buildings in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, which were originally built as a hospital but later understood to have been used for different functions, date back to BC. the common product of inter-civilizational cultural interaction from the 3000s to the present day is the reflection of the symbols related to health and medicine in the 19th century.

Siirt, which is one of the fields where spring salt is produced by traditional methods, is located in the Bitlis-Zagros Suture Zone and the Edge Folds Belt. Saltpans are located on the valley bottom of the Botan, Kezer and Bitlis streams and tributary of its, in area flat and close to flat and at different elevations. In addition to the geological features of the study area, favorable climatic conditions are important in terms of continuing salt production without destroying nature. In the study, in Siirt province, the geographical distribution of the spring saltpans was made and their socio-economic, cultural effects and importance were examined. Throughout the study, geological maps, climate parameters, satellite images and various reports were used. The population data of the field was obtained from the Turkish Statistical Institute and the maps were produced with ArcGIS software. In addition, field studies were carried out and interviews were conducted with fourteen salt producers. About ninety people earn their livelihood from salt production which is an alternative economic activity in rural areas. According to the results obtained, annual average 7.150 tons of salt have produced from the saltpans, between the years 2019-2021. It has been observed that the spring salts are known and purchased by the local people of Siirt as well as the locals surrounding provinces. Salt production is costly, laborious and low-income. Despite this, being a high unemployment, the prevalence of animal husbandry, cheese making and brine culture explains the importance of salt for the local people. In addition, unfavorable climatic conditions, which are effective from time to time during and before the salt production season, affect the production. This negative effect can be eliminated by the construction of modern greenhouse type ponds. Interviews with salt producers showed that salt production will be continued in the future with the improvement of salt conditions and income. For this, the improvement of saltpans; it is necessary to produce salt by the food codex regulation, to establish a grinding and packaging facility, and to collaborate with cooperatives. Thus, salt production should be supported to contribute to rural development.

This study evaluates the development of early childhood care and pre-school education (ECCPE) services in Turkey. Despite the progress since the 2000s, Turkey has not been able to reach its targets and the backwardness in ECCPE continues. ECCPE is critically important in raising new generations. However, the service gap in ECCPE has increased further with the closure measures with the COVID-19. The paper examined the ECCPE between 2007 and 2020 at the national and regional levels. Then, ECCPE in Turkey was compared with OECD. Although the participation rates have increased over the years, they remain low especially for under 5 years of age. Enrollment rates and student per teacher ratios differ between regions against the eastern regions where female labor force participation and higher education graduates and per capita income are also lower. While Turkey is the last in OECD in participation rates of all age groups, it ranks first in the number of students per teacher. In Turkey it is essential to develop education services for children under 5 and especially for under 3 with public investments, and to increase the supply of accessible and quality services to improve gender equality, reduce social inequalities and increase social welfare.

In this study, it is aimed to analyze the effect of working capital management on the profitability performance of companies operating in the BIST food, beverage and tobacco sector for a period of 2005-2017. Panel data regression analysis is employed to analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability. The components of working capital management in the study are represented by inventory conversion period, accounts receivable collection period, accounts payable period and cash conversion cycle, while profitability performance is represented by gross sales profitability. As a result of Arellano, Froot and Rogers fixed effects panel data regression analyzes conducted for the sample consisting of the financial data of 20 companies, it is found that the gross sales profitability variable is negatively affected by the variables such as inventory conversion period, accounts receivable collection period, accounts payable period and cash conversion cycle. However, the negative relationships detected are only valid for variables such as inventory conversion period and cash conversion cycle. In addition, when the results of the study were evaluated in terms of control variables, it was determined that the gross sales profitability variable was negatively affected by the firm size, leverage ratio and global financial crisis dummy variables, while it was positively affected by the variable that measures the growth in assets. Since working capital is closely related to the relationships between firm liquidity, risk and profitability, it is inevitable for firms that aim to continue their profitability, gain competitive advantage and take strong steps towards the future.

Suicide, defined as the intentional ending of one's own life, is a phenomenon that seriously affects public health. According to the current estimation of the World Health Organization, more than 700,000 people die every year due to suicide, that is one person every 40 seconds. It is of great importance that mental health professionals have the necessary qualifications to reduce and prevent suicide and various self-harming behaviours that are known to be associated with suicide. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a treatment method developed by Marsha Linehan for chronically suicidal individuals and it has come to the fore with its use in the treatment of multifaceted problems of individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) which are known to have high risk of suicide. Based on the significance of the subject matter; this study summarises the foundations, theories, structure, application, and skill training modules of DBT and reviews some empirical literature published in the last 10 years that examine the application and effectiveness of DBT in preventing and reducing suicidal behaviours. A review of the recent literature is used to evaluate the current status of DBT and its role in reducing suicidal behaviours and to direct future research by drawing attention to research gaps on the subject. Research published in the last 10 years indicates that DDT is still effective in reducing the risk of suicide. The study was prepared by reviewing the literature, one of the secondary data collection techniques.

In this article, we discussed the debates about Abu Ja'far's reading of the word الله in the sentence of بما حفظ اللة in the 34th verse of an-Nisa and tried to bring solutions and suggestions. While doing this, we first examined the recitation and approach of the people. While trying to remove the obscurity in the recitation of Abu Ja'far, we gave the views of various commentators and discussed them. Finally, we discussed our preferred view. Accordingly, we preferred to highlight the approach of returning the pronoun to the spouse, which is understood from the context. Thus, we came to the conclusion that the problem in Abu Ja'far's recitation has been resolved by giving the meaning of "women who protect (the honor of their wives) as Allah protects them" in the verse. In this approach, the meaning becomes clear with the revealing of the appreciated perpetrator.

In this article, the compound verbs in the story “Danabaş Kendi’nin Ehvalatları” by Celil Memmedguluzade, the great democratic writer of XX century Azerbaijani literature, the founder of the Azerbaijani ideology and critical realism, were examined. At the beginning of the article, brief information was given about Celil Memmedguluzade’s life, his literary personality and his story “Danabaş Kendi’nin Ehvalatları”. Afterwards, opinions about compound verbs in Turkey Turkish and Azerbaijan Turkish were given and similarities and differences related to this group in both dialects were compared. In this study, this group has been classified in terms of structure and it has been tried to determine which type of compound verbs are used frequently in this story, based on the approaches on compound verb in G. Ş Kazımov's Modern Azerbaijani Morphology Book. As a result of the study, it is seen that the number of compound verbs consisting of the combination of "Noun + Verb" among 138 types of compound verbs is higher than the compound verbs in the structure of "Verb + Verb". It is seen that the author, who has a humorous style, heavily includes the idiomatic compound verbs, which create a great richness of expression in our language, in this story as well.

Monumental trees are superior to ordinary trees in terms of physical and/or socio-cultural characteristics. The protection status, which was created to protect trees with superior characteristics, revealed the concept of monumental trees. 9267 trees have been registered as monument trees in Turkey so far. Samsun ranks 31st among the provinces of Turkey with 26 registered monumental trees. This study was prepared in order to determine the trees and tree groups that have monumental value in terms of physical and/or socio-cultural characteristics in Samsun and to create an inventory with these trees. Infield studies, carried out in various parts of Samsun province, the height, age, diameter, crown diameter of the trees, etc. were determined and properties were measured. Genç-Güner Method was used to calculate the monumental value of the measured trees. As a result of the evaluations, 61 trees of monumental value from 11 different species were identified within the borders of Samsun province. From these trees, 54 were registered as dimensional monument trees and 7 as candidate monument trees. 38 of the 61 trees were identified as trees belonging to the oak (<em>Quercus</em>) taxon. The oldest tree identified in the study is the tree belonging to the Eastern Sycamore (<em>Platanus orientalis</em>) species with the age of 625 years. The website www.samsunanitsalagaclar.com, which contains detailed information about the trees identified, was opened. A QR Code has been added to the inventory scorecard in the method section for accessing this site. In most of the monumental trees, adverse conditions such as drying, unconscious pruning, destruction by humans, hollow formation have been observed. In order to prevent such negative situations, citizens' awareness of the concept of monumental trees should be increased and trees with monumental value should be respected by citizens must be provided. The trees, which are determined to have monumental value, should be protected and taken care of. An application was made to the Samsun Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change to register and protect the 61 trees identified in line with this requirement.

Medical records, which are created by different health professionals in different departments, at different times, and contain the patient's medical history, must be preserved in terms of judicial, administrative and legal aspects. In addition to treatment services, the complete and accurate creation of medical records, which contain basic data for different fields of study such as education, research, health management, forensic medicine, financial management, and public health, brings many advantages in terms of patients, doctors and health institutions. The patient file archive management creates a structure for the timely and complete creation of medical records by the responsible persons, the simultaneous tracking of the changes made, their safe keeping, and authorization-based access. The establishment of this structure is the responsibility of health institutions. With this study based on literature review, it is suggested that the records that do not have any obstacles in electronic production in accordance with the current legislation and standards should be included in the electronic patient file, and the paper patient file should be arranged in a simple and functional structure, including only the forms that are required to be produced and preserved physically. It is emphasized that the transition to the electronic patient file, which provides significant advantages in terms of medical record quality, is also effective in the restructuring of the patient file archive units, which creates a large space, material and personnel requirement for healthcare institutions, and allows for more effective use of business resources of the healthcare institution.
