In the early years of Turkish Republic, people suffered from many social problems besides the political and economical problems. One of those social problems was the domestic movement among the regions within the country. This problem was inherited from the Ottoman Period and continued in Republic Period. To solve this problem, various legistlations were declared and a domestic settlement policy was followed. However, except from the legistlations, there happened a workpower movement of people's own accord and such case was reflected to the Turkish Grand Assembly. These events will be examined from the knowledge taken from Grand National Assembly of Turkey Reports and added to the literature.

Therefore, interpreted form of art which is growing up thoughts in consequence of senses as a work of art is quite normal to be affected by established culture and also affect it. Thanks to drawings on the wall of Altamira mountain, a lot of work like Mona Liza by Da Vinci, Saint Teresa by Bernini, Guernica by Picasso has gain meaning and qualification by culture which is exist as work of art. Changing cultural constructions and qualifications put forward two approaches; Kuspit’s “everything is an art” and Arthur C, Donto’s “end of art” and there is a conflict or ineffability between qualification of art and culture or to show it’s possible problems. In this way it is important, assertive and surprising development. Accordingly, which angle we should look at the art or the approaches for which one is art or not is affected by settled cultural qualifications of era, first. In this work it is tried to describe that, the culture exist in art produce culture at the same time and also in the direction of contributions to established culture and relations of art about current culture’s meaning set.

Every organization has different structures according to its establishment goals. Basic concepts, models and formations of these structures were examined and these were associated with schools which are educational organizations. Since the organizational structure of an individual school may vary according to its particular conditions, it may be more logical to understand it using theoretical models rather than generalizing the organizational structure of schools. From this point of view, contextual and structural dimensions of the organizational structure of schools, bureaucratic models of Weber and Hall, school structure models of Hoy, Miskel and Sweetland, the organizational structure model of Mintzberg, the mechanical and organic organization models, the loose structure model, the compliance theory of Etzioni were elaborated and the formation of the organizational structure was examined.

In our country, there is not much attention given to studies about pre-Islamic Turkish history. When we ask why is that, the first thing we encounter is the language problem. We have to be familiar with the old written sources about old Chinese language while these studies are going. If we do the opposite, it is not possible to build the study on a solid ground. Actually, Turkish history institution, which was build in 28 April 1930 and was connected to İstanbul Darülfünün but right now working under the Rectorship of the İstanbul University, their job, with the direct orders from Atatürk, is to investige traceses of the turkish history and reveal it. However, when we look at it today, it’s hard to say that the investigations in the field of Turkistan are not very active because the study field is hard. Researchers mostly doing studies on the Ottoman History instead of heading for this one. When we investigate why is this happening, the first problem we come up with is the lack of sources on pre-Islamic history of Turkish. But we have to mention that this problem is not just present in this period, on the contrary, this reason optains for the other nations which would want to write their own history. Archaeology knowledge is required too on this field. Otherwise, comments on the stuides wouldn’t be true and also hyperbole comments would bring damage more than benefit. When we examine studies in the mentioned field, we find written history scripts build on a solid ground by the works of some researches like Prof. Zeki Velidi Togan, Prof.. İbrahim Kafesoğlu ve Prof. Bahaeddin Ögel. Thanks to researchers like Prof. Gülçin Çandarlıoğlu and Prof. Ahmet Taşağıl, who follows the steps of the researchers I mentioned before, today we can see that there is a growing rate on the studies over the geography of the Turkistan. However, still with these studies, people don’t feel any interest in this field and so that we still have to read our history from the perspective of the west sources. In this report; as like I am going to touch upon to sources of writing about the Pre-Islamic Turkish History which is a milestone for understanding the history of the World, but also I will touch upon to what we need to do to minimizing the deficiencies on this field.

Man learns certain cues that help him making sense of depth, through his experiences. Thus an image or a design on a two-dimensional plane is perceived three-dimensionally although it has no depth as its real object has. A spatial perception, therefore, is created. Three-dimensional spatial illusion created on a two-dimensional surface of design is achieved by making consciously use of designing elements such as depth, size, perspective, color and tonal values.
The use of space as a designing element and the impact of the mathematical basis in Escher’s images on paradoxal spatial compositions have been linked together in this study. Escher who created a great number of works, especially with the themes about visual perception, followed a cyclical path which destroyed all the known realities and broke the existing perceptions and rules in designing. For this reason he has been discussed here with his fictional works with three-dimensional figures and spaces he created with an impressive use of perspective on two-dimensional surface.

In the environment that we live in, there are many elements which are beneficial for our health. But in the same environment, there are also harmful elements to our health, which we are aware of or unaware of. As one of these harmful elements, radiation which can not be seen, smelled and felt by people but which is measurable and controllable manifests in different ways. The exposure to radiation which is always present in nature in natural or unnatural forms, influences people’s life qualities positively or negatively, depending on irradiation dose and duration, age and the sensitivity of the tissue to radiation.
This is a survey that aims to identify various external factors that affect the life qualities of students having education in Pınarhisar Vocational College. These factors consist of the degree of exposure of the students to natural and unnatural radiation sources which have been inevitable parts of students’ daily lives as a result of the improving technology, the diatery patterns of the students and the students’ environmental awaranesses. Range of frequencies have been found as an analysis of the data obtained from the students and information has been given about the factors, that are the bases of radiation protection and that are distance, time and armour shield.

This study investigated the validity and reliability of the Fear of Embarrassment by Others Scale Turkish Version of (FEOS; Gee, Antony, & Koerner, 2012). The study group consisted of 203 individuals. Results of confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that ten items loaded on one factor; x²= 76.19, df= 30, RMSEA= .087, CFI= .95, IFI= .95, SRMR= .051 GFI= .93). Internal consistency reliability coefficient was .90. These results demonstrate that the Turkish Version of the Fear of Embarrassment by Others Scale is a valid and reliable instrument.
