The one of the characteristics of Koranic rhetoric which is unique is that it uses tenses agreed with stage descriptions of the creating that it presents. This study, as a sort of art of “iltifat” (variation of tenses) aims to give thoughts about that how Koran presents cosmic and natural events, paralleled to passing between tenses. The study deals with the riches of meaning that formed by passing between past and present tenses together with that Koran presents descriptions relating to both creation of cosmos and its functioning. With the exception of some verbs which explain the stages of Doomsday and the Next World (Last Judgment) and so they come in form of past tense, referring to they express the definitiveness, the cosmic events is depicted with past tense, because it displays constancy and permanence, when the present tense presents natural events to the observing which is being a means of regenerations and renovations.

The basic philosophy of the Bauhaus school is that architecture is the main art and all arts are united under the roof of architecture. In the period when the concept, which is called integrated design, according to which the architect must design everything from buildings to furnishing, influenced the whole world, the designs of Eldem in Turkey began to have his name written in the history of the architecture in the Republican Period. Eldem, one of the most important architects of Turkey in the Republican Period, created works within the scope of modern architecture and the Second National Architecture. In this study, the evaluations of examples selected from the works of Eldem, who created a great number of important works such as Budapest Fair Turkish Pavilion, Yalova Thermal Hotel, Taşlık and Çamlıca Coffeehouses, Istanbul Hilton Hotel, and Turkish Restaurant, buildings and housings of the Embassy of Pakistan and India, and housing of the Embassy of the Netherlands, were made within the scope of the integrated design understanding of the period and it was aimed as a result of the analysis to reveal the effect of the integrated design concept, which influenced the world architecture of that age, on the works of Eldem by associating with its effects on the Turkish architecture and especially with its contributions to the interior architecture.

The Sevda Lügati (1330/1914) which is a work of Mehmet Celâl (1867-1912) who is the poet of Ara Nesil, is a dictionary about love. While the dictionary stands out a different direction of Mehmet Celâl's literary personality, it is also important in terms of Turkish lexicography. Sevda Lügati is a thematic dictionary with pictures and it also carries the character of ‘antidictionary’. It is a dictionary in which the concepts belong to the conceptual field of 'love' and the concepts which find new meanings in the context of ‘love’ exist. In the dictionary there are 260 words in the context of ‘love’. Each word is exemplified either by Mehmet Celâl’s own poems or by poems which belong to Turkish poets, especially poets of divan literature. Therefore, Sevda Lügati also gives plenty of material for researches about Turkish literature, poetry and cultural history.
In this context, in our study, Sevda Lügati is evaluated according to the characteristics it carries. The general character of the Work is revealed.

Defining and solving the problems is actually a decision-making heuristic. In today's fast-paced change from educational, social and political perspectives, people's values, ways of thinking and priorities are also affected and changed. This change shows the effect in all organizations and affects them in terms of structure, strategy and process. Within this environment of change, individuals face many different challenges in reaching their pre-determined goals. The existence of these problems forces them to find solutions to these problems and make decisions in another way. On the one hand, the nature and speed of change in the individual, on the other hand, the desire and necessity to realize the pre-determined goals, leads to the emergence of decision-making behavior. During decision-making, individuals acquire experiences that have been influenced by many internal and external factors that they have already developed. These experiences constitute the decision-making heuristics of the individual. Heuristics is a cognitive process used to solve specific problems. The term is used to denote a student in the field of education, a method of providing him or her to find out what is taught, or a scientific discipline that deals with the discovery of events in the system of sciences. Decision heuristics are also used in the field of psychology. It is the cognitive processes that individuals use to solve specific problems, especially when it comes to making decisions in uncertainty situations.

In recent years, the increase for acquiring unearned income in protected areas is striking. In parallel, the change in Conservation Legislation (2001-2017) in recent years has created the technical dimension of this work. Areas that need to be protected in natural areas are protected by different protection statues. It also defines the relevant legal area protection policies including these statutes. Conservation policies are undergoing significant changes in the period with political power. This change in legaladministrative processes in recent years (2001-2017) in Environmental Legislation can be interpreted in a better understanding of how the current state of preservation policies change, if partly observed. "Natural" processes, environments and the commercialization and the privatization of assets are participated in all these. In the study, in the selected period, 2873, 3213, 6831, 2634 numbered laws were taken into the foreground and evaluated by examining the changes in some regulations. Gölcük Nature Park was studied as a field study. The study thus opens up the debate on how to respond to this last question: In the latter environment, where land price rises are extremely high, how can the protected areas in our country be protected as necessary?

Today, considering the current and the reached point of humanity, it can be clearly seen that the human being who embraces ideas, knowledge, reasonable transitions and developments and the society which were created by human being have significantly advanced from the age of Prophet Adam up to now; however, it is also a fact that, sometimes such an advance could not be achieved for some political, social and individual reasons. In this regard, the concepts of this field on which we plan to concentrate may seem different issues; yet, it can be seen that they have close relationships with each other when they are discussed as a whole. It is in this manner that, many thinkers have approached to this subject within a variety of contexts. It goes without saying that; things, which a psychologist, sociologist or political scientist put forward, make sense in their own context. On the other hand, life is a whole and human being lives in a society and makes himself exist through society. Society, just as an individual, builds its own existence and secures itself through the relationships built on a contract. In other words, as much as individuals need a society; society and its individuals need a good policy too. In order to realize all the aforementioned, I believe that it is necessary to reconsider the role and importance of the language and moral values which are the basis of human beings, turn a society into a true, advanced civilization.

Each country has memorials built to remind future generations of important events and important people who have lived in relation to the pre-civilization or post-civilization history, and to remind them of historical events. When Picasso was commissioned by the Spanish government for the World Exhibition in Spain in 1937, Spain was dragged into civil war and the Guernica town was attacked by air. Picasso was attacked on this town. This wall painting bearing the name of the town has taken on a different function than the whole of the paintings in the picture and is described as a monumental painting. The artwork has become a symbol of the 20th century with the power of art and ideology. The content emphasized by its color and emotional characteristics - black and white tones - which is one of the important elements of form-content integrity, is still the center of attention of world artists and art critics today and many artistic and narrative values are being studied in the thesis report. The Iraqi artist Cevat Selim participated in the monument design contest held in memory of the July 14th Revolution in Iraq in 1958. Designed by the government and elected to make the "Iraqi Freedom Monument". Selim completed his education in France and was influenced by many Western artists, mainly Picasso. The resemblance to the US Statue of Liberty, the name chosen for Selim's memorial, is another image of this influence. When the "Iraqi Statue of Liberty" was examined, it was seen that Selim was strongly influenced by Guernica wall painting. The artist, who internalized Guernica in the direction of composition and meaning, tried to construct the monument by reading the symbols at the interfaces of the artist while designing the monument. However, beyond the similarity of Picasso's picture to that of the memorial of Selim wanted to be described in this article, how artistic expression power of a work finds its way from the internalization of the subject to the conceptual and imaginary line of thought. The reputation of Selim's monument has not yet reached Guernica. Because artistic narrative power of an artwork is based on the totality of metaphorical expression, in which the artist can assimilate his feelings about the subject he wants to express in his work, to internalize his processes of thinking, into visual concepts in imagery-based contexts. This article will focus on artistic expression in Guernica and artistic expression in the Iraqi Freedom Monument. In the context of context, the form-content dimension of artistic expression power will be narrated in metaphorical meanings which are national and international. Both works will be examined in composition, the relation between them will be defined and the artistic expression difference of similar figures will be examined.
Many diverse views have been put forward in history as regards the meaning of religion language, the most extreme of which are strict anthropomorphism and non-delimited symbolism. The former attaches itself to the letter, paying no attention whatsoever to the meaning. For example, if the Qur’an says that “God’s hand is above their hands”, they infer from that God’s hand strictly. They hold that God is strictly as He describes Himself in Scripture. This group not only describes God in anthropomorphistic terms but also ascribes to Him some corporeal attributes. In sharp contrast to this group, the symbolists maintain that religious language is principally of symbolic nature, the religious texts in which God describes Himself being intended to help men conceive Him. Otherwise, He in Himself is not as He describes Himself in Scriptures. Hence, they try to establish that God is not susceptible of being known and accessed. In fact, this disagreement among the people stems from the very nature of religious language.

This decision, for the purpose of the measured property indicates that a particular work. The second main element of the evaluation process, criteria or criteria are those called. Leading function of the evaluation objectives for transportation of measurement tools is to designate the degree of effectiveness.
Bloom taksonometrisi name commonly known as determining the underlying behavioral and educational objectives specifications; behavioral, devimsel, cognitive, affective and perceptual features five different behavior. This behavior can occur if the main measure of actual measurement approaches. These approaches: behavioral characteristics measurement approaches, devimsel-dynamic (psycho motor) measurement of learning, bilişsel (mental) measurement of learning, affective (emotion and trend-related) measurement of learning, algısal measurement of the behavioral feature approach.
The development of technology has been influenced by the arts as well as every field, and the artists have made their efforts to modernize both in the techniques they used and in their designs. Towards the end of the 1980s, original printmakers began to become conscious of health and the environment, especially in Europe. They have entered into the question of how their work and the chemical effects brought by their technique can be created without harming the artist himself, human health and the environment.
The contents and types of materials used in traditional metal engraving are known to be harmful to human health. Plates exposed to acid etching used in conventional gravure technique and plates applied with acrylic resistance were compared. Non-Toxic has brought a different perspective to the art of printing with the art of printing. Liqud Hard Ground, Rol-On Soft and Hard Ground, metal engraving applications have been demonstrated.

When a newborn child is named, it is not chosen by chance or by name. A meaningful name is determine for them by their parents. While names are often given in Turkish society, the parents are based on the names of their parents. Apart from this, we are also aware of the fact that the child is given names that indicate the social or economic situation in which they are found. For example, we may come across Garip as a name given by a poor family to his child. Or if a boy came to the world at Gadr Night it is very likely that given him the name of Kadir. On the other hand, if a family with a lot of children does not want children anymore, Yeter uses names like Dursun. Or the parents whose firstborn children died have given him the name of Yaşar because they wish they could live again when they were children. We can duplicate examples like this. However, the most common names given to the children of the Turkish society in general are the four Caliphs (Bekir, Omer, Ali, Osman) and the Prophet (Ibrahim, Jesus, David, Solomon, Adam, Moses, Salih) are the names. As a person’s name is the main feature that differentiates people from other people, person names, nicknames and titles provide important information for the social, religious and cultural structure of the region studied.
This study is based on the “Corum temettüat registers” which was enumerated in 1844-1845 (1260-1261) and contains 42 districts of Corum central accidents. The research was carried out in 1844-1845 based on the data of 1998 households living in 42 districts of Corum Central Sanjak, by determining the names of persons and dynasties used in Corum, aiming to portray the social life of the city of Corum, a medium-sized Anatolian city with a population of ten thousand, during the Tanzimat Period.

The traces of grid plans found in Lower Mesopotamia about 5,500 years ago appeared in Zernaki Hill and Symrna sites during the 9th and 7th centuries B.C. They again appeared in Miletos city during the 5th century B.C. in Anatolia. Managed by Hippodamos, this plan continued to develop during the Roman Empire, and was applied to almost all cities. The urbanization adventure, which started with the Persian invasion in the ancient world, continued to improve until the last period of Roman Empire. Anatolia was governed by Persian Satrapy during 546 or 540 B.C., and was conquered by Alexander the Great during his Asia expedition in 334 B.C. With the Hellenization policy of Alexander the Great, cities increasingly started to prosper. The death of Alexander the Great and then the defeat of his successors resulted in Roman dominance over Anatolia. During the 6th and 7th centuries B.C., the Roman Empire lost its power, which in turn resulted in almost the end of urban life in Anatolia.

The verbs “to listen” and “to hear”, which are used in Turkish language speaking in Turkey show remarkable and worth being examined semantic characters. That using of the verb “to listen” which is either of these two words and used in place of each other, in the meaning of “giving ear for understanding, acting properly by accepting someone's advice, and paying attention to the thing that is expressed” is worth considering. “Perceiving by using the ear” and “hearing” which are the meanings of the verb “to hear” come to the fore in the present usage. There are some collocations in the use of these two verbs in historical Turkish dialects. The most notable of these collocations is the using of the verb “to hear” instead of the verb “to listen” in the meanings of "giving ear, paying attention, getting advice". We evaluated these semantic features of the verbs “to listen” and “to hear” in our study in the context of historical Turkish dialects and by witnesses.

This study aims to comprison the structual equation modeling (SEM) and regression which are frequently used in social sciences in recent years. Sample group of this study is composed of 200 person, grouped as 135 female and 65 male. Demographic Information Form, Beck Depression Inventory, Maslach Burnout Inventory, the World Health Organization's Quality of Life Questionnaire are applied as a survey to the participants.
In the analysis phase of the data, two different models were established as model 1 (explaining depression with burnout) and model 2 (explaining the quality of life with depression and burnout), and the established models were tested with both SEM analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, when regression analysis for model 1 found that ? = 0,43 parameter coefficient and R2 = 0,19 coefficient of determination, these values were found as ? = 0,49 and R2 = 0,24 for SEM. Besides, in the regression analysis for the second model, ?1 = -0,21 and ?2 = -0,43 parameter coefficients and R2 = 0,30 coefficient of determination were found. In the SEM result of the same model, ?1 = -0,30 and ?2 = -0,49 parameter coefficients and R2 = 0,33 specificity coefficients were obtained. As a result of comparison, it was seemed that SEM makes more reliable and better predictions than regression.
