Lojistik Depolarda Yürütülen Temel Faaliyetlere Yönelik Performans Kriterlerinin Ölçümlenmesi ve Bir Model Önerisi

Abstract
Günümüzde ihtiyaçlara göre değişken müşteri taleplerini karşılamak ve rekabet koşullarına ayak uydurmak lojistik işletmeler için zorlu bir süreç olarak değerlendirilebilir. Lojistik işletmelerin faaliyetlerine devam edebilmeleri için müşteri taleplerini karşılamaları ve ticari koşullara uymaları gerekmektedir. İşletmeler açısından lojistik faaliyetlerin maliyetlere olan etkisi göz ardı edilemeyecek seviyelerdedir. Lojistik faaliyetler arasında ulaştırma faaliyetinden sonra en büyük maliyet ve çevresel etki sebebi depolama faaliyetidir. Depolarda yürütülen faaliyetlerin etkin ve verimli olarak yürütebilmeleri için depo sektör yöneticilerine ve çalışanlara büyük görevler düşmektedir. Çalışmada, lojistik depolarda yürütülen temel faaliyetlere yönelik olarak belirlenen performans kriterlerinin önem derecelerine göre sıralanarak bir model önerisi sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya özel olarak tasarlanan veri toplama formu aracılığı ile 7 kişiden oluşan konusunda uzman karar vericilerin görüşleri doğrultusunda değerlendirmeleri talep edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) yöntemi ile tutarlılıkları belirlenmiş ve 2 kişiye ait veriler tutarsız olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ardından 5 kişiye ait olan veriler doğrultusunda Best Worst Method (BWM) ile gerçekleştirilen analiz sonucunda verimlilik ana kriterinin diğerlerinden önemli olduğu, zaman ana kriteri altında sipariş toplama sürecinin, kalite ana kriteri altında fiziksel envanter doğruluğu, maliyet ana kriteri altında sipariş işleme maliyeti ve verimlilik ana kriteri altında bulunan işçilik verimliliği kriterleri en önemli kriter olarak belirlenmiş ve diğer kriterin de birbirlerine göre ağırlıkları tespit edilmiş ve bir model önerisi sunulmuştur.

Abstract
Today, meeting the changing customer demands according to the needs and keeping up with the competitive conditions can be considered as a difficult process for logistics enterprises. Logistics enterprises need to meet customer demands and comply with commercial conditions in order to continue their activities. In terms of businesses, the impact of logistics activities on costs is at levels that cannot be ignored. Among the logistics activities, after the transportation activity, the biggest cost and environmental impact reason is the storage activity. Warehouse sector managers and employees have great duties to carry out the activities carried out in warehouses effectively and efficiently. In the study, it is aimed to present a model proposal by ordering the performance criteria determined for the basic activities carried out in logistics warehouses according to their importance. Through the data collection form specially designed for the study, expert decision makers consisting of 7 people were asked to evaluate them in line with their opinions. The consistency of the obtained data was determined by the AHP method and the data of 2 people were determined to be inconsistent. Then, as a result of the analysis carried out with BWM in line with the data of 5 people, the main criterion of efficiency is more important than the others, the order picking process under the main criterion of time, the accuracy of the physical inventory under the main criterion of quality, the cost of order processing under the main criterion of cost, and the labor efficiency under the main criterion of efficiency. criteria were determined as the most important criteria and the weights of the other criteria were determined relative to each other and a model proposal was presented.
