Abstract
Bu sistematik derleme Türkiye’de hemşirelik anabilim dallarında son beş yılda etik kavramını ele alan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Retrospektif ve tanımlayıcı olan bu çalışmanın örneklemi Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi’ne kayıtlı tezlerden oluşmaktadır. Anahtar kelimeler “etik”, “hemşirelik” ve “bakım” ve İngilizce; ‘‘ethics’’, ‘‘care’’, ‘‘nursing’’ kavramları kullanılmıştır. Hemşirelik alanında son beş yılda yapılan çalışmalar; amaç, örneklem ve yöntemleri incelenerek araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalara göre etik kavramı konusunda bir doktora tezi ve on dört yüksek lisans tezi olmak üzere toplam on beş çalışma incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmalarda etik konusu; etik sorunlar, etik duyarlılık, etik tutum ve etik iklim algısı başlıkları ile ele alınmıştır. Yoğun bakım gibi özel alanların, yaşadığı etik sorunların özelleştiği, literatürde yer bulduğu, psikiyatri kliniklerinde ise lisansüstü çalışmalarda etik kavramının ele alınmadığı görünmüştür. Çalışmalarda kurumlar arası ve bir kurumda birimler arası farklı etik duyarlılığın ve etik iklimin olması ortak bir anlayışın kazandırılmasının gerekliliği görünmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre hemşirelik alanında etik kavramının lisansüstü tezlerde daha sık ele alındığı saptanmıştır. Etik yaklaşımın ekip olarak ele alınmasının önemli olduğu, hemşirelik bakımının etkin, nitelikli ve bütüncül olmasını sağlayabileceği düşünülmüştür. Sahada yaşanan etik sorunları, personellerin etik yaklaşımlarını, duyarlılığını, etik karar verme süreçlerini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemeyi amaçlayan çok merkezli çalışmaların gerektiği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
This systematic review was conducted to examine the postgraduate theses dealing with the concept of ethics in the last five years in the departments of nursing in Turkey. The sample of this retrospective and descriptive study consisted of theses registered in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education. The key words “ethics”, “nursing” and “care” and the English terms “ethics”, “care” and “nursing” were used. The studies conducted in the last five years in the field of nursing were included in the study by examining the purpose, sample and methods. According to the researches, a total of fifteen studies, including one doctoral thesis and fourteen master's theses, were examined on the concept of ethics. In these studies, the subject of ethics was discussed under the titles of ethical problems, ethical sensitivity, ethical attitude and perception of ethical climate. It was observed that ethical problems experienced by special areas such as intensive care were specialized and found a place in the literature, while the concept of ethics in psychiatry clinics was not addressed in postgraduate studies. In the studies, it was observed that there are different ethical sensitivities and ethical climates between institutions and between units in an institution and it is necessary to gain a common understanding. According to the results obtained, it was determined that the concept of ethics in the field of nursing was addressed more frequently in graduate theses. It was thought that it is important to consider the ethical approach as a team and that it can ensure that nursing care is effective, qualified and holistic. It has been determined that multicenter studies aiming to determine the ethical problems experienced in the field, ethical approaches and sensitivity of the personnel, and the factors affecting ethical decision-making processes are needed.
