Abstract

Son on yıllık süreçte sosyal medyaya olan ilginin artışı ve teknolojik gelişmelerdeki hızlı ilerleme ile insanlar arasındaki etkileşim büyük bir hızla artmıştır. Bu gelişmelerin beraberinde ortaya çıkan etkileyici (influencer) pazarlama markalar adına oldukça önemli bir kavram haline gelmiştir. Satın alma davranışı açısından olumlu sonuçlara ulaşmak isteyen marka sahipleri moda etkileyicileri ile pazarlama alanında stratejilere başvurmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında moda etkileyicilerine karşı tutumun satın alma davranışı üzerine etkileri araştırılmış kuşaklara, cinsiyete, medeni duruma ve çocuk sahip olup olmama durumlarına göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu araştırmada X kuşağı 1965-1980, Y kuşağı ise 1981-1994 yılları arasında doğan bireyleri kapsamaktadır. Anket sadece reşit bireylere uygulanmak istediğinden Z kuşağı bireylerden sadece 1995-2006 yılları arasında dünyaya gelenler ankete dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma Konya merkez ilçelerinde ikamet etmekte olan X, Y ve Z kuşaklarına ait kadın ve erkek tüketicilereuygulanmıştır. Google Formlar üzerinden hazırlanan ve 2 bölümden oluşan ankette demografik, çoktan seçmeli ve doğrusal ölçekli sorular yer almaktadır. Toplamda 400 kişiden elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS 25.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerin sonucunda, belirlenen hipotezler ayrı ayrı ele alınmıştır. Doğum yıllarına göre belirlenen hipotezlerden her biri için anlamlı bir farklılık görülmekte veelde edilen sonuçlar araştırmayı desteklemektedir. Cinsiyet durumuna göre belirlenen hipotezlerin de her biri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir ve sonuçlar araştırmayı desteklemektedir. Medeni duruma göre belirlenen hipotezlerden yalnızca bir tanesinde anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür. Çocuk sahibi olup olmama durumları için hazırlanan hipotezlerden 6’sında anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

In the last decade, with the increase in interest in social media and the rapidprogress in technological developments, the interaction between people has increasedexpeditiously. Influencer marketing, which emerged as a result of these developments, has become a very important concept for brands. Brand owners who want to achieve positive results in terms of purchasing behavior resort to marketing strategies with fashion influencers. Within the scope of the research, the effects of attitudes towards fashioninfluencers on purchasing behavior were investigated and compared according togenerations, gender, marital status and whether or not they had children. In this research, Generation X includes individuals born between 1965 and 1980 and generation Y includes individuals born between 1981 and 1994. However, since the survey intended to be applied to adult individuals, only Generation Z individuals who were born between 1995-2006 were included in the survey.The research was applied to male and female consumers belonging to the X, Y and Z generations residing in the central districts of Konya. The survey, prepared via Google Forms and consisting of two parts, includes demographic, multiple choice and linear scale questions. Data obtained from a total of 400 people were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the analyses, the determined hypotheses were discussed separately. There is a significant difference for each of the hypotheses determined according to generations, and the results obtained support the research. A significant difference was established between each of the hypotheses determined according to gender status, and the results support the research. A significant difference was observed in only one of the hypotheses determined according to marital status. A significant difference was established in 6 of the hypotheses prepared for whether or not to have children.
