Abstract
Hayatın çeşitli dönemlerinde dışsal etkenlere bağlı içsel sorgulamalara yolu düşen her birey, belli perspektiflerden kendi “ben”ini merkeze alarak düşünsel ve duygusal açıdan olayları/olguları değerlendirir. Bu değerlendirmenin kapsamı ve şiddeti, bireyin içinde bulunduğu duygusal ve düşünsel dünyayla paralellik arz eder. Sefa Kaplan da şiirlerinde kendi ben’ini baz alarak duygularını ve düşüncelerini çeşitli ben görüngülerinden değerlendirir ve okuyucuya aktarır. Şairin şiirlerinde görülen “ben” vurgusu, her biri ayrı özelliğe, niteliğe ve işleve sahip parçalardan oluşan bir bütünün panoramasıdır. Bu bütünlüğü oluşturan ben görüngüleri, Sefa Kaplan’ın şiirlerinin anlaşılmasında ve yorumlanmasında ciddi bir öneme sahiptir. Çünkü şair, şiirlerinin iskeletini/temelini çeşitli açılardan değerlendirdiği ve belirttiği kendi ben’i üzerine kurar.

Abstract
Every individual who happens on inner questionings due to external factors in various periods of life,evaluates by centering his/her self from certain perpectives the events/phenomenons of intellectual and emotional aspects. The scope and severity of this assessment have parallels with the emotional and intellectual world in which the individual are in. Sefa Kaplan also evaluates by basing on her own self in her poems her feelings and thoughts from various self phenomenon and transfers them to the reader. The “self” emphasis seen in the poet's poems is a panorama of a whole consisting of pieces, each with separate features, qualities and function. The self phenomenons that constitute this integrity, have a significant importance in understanding and interpreting the poems of Sefa Kaplan. Because the poet builds on his own self, which he evaluates and points out the framework/foundation of his poems from various angles.
