Abstract
Tarihî Türk lehçelerinden günümüze “es” ve “us” sözcükleri, Türk dilinin çeşitli sahalarında kullanımına sıkça rastladığımız sözcüklerdir. Araştırmacılar tarafından bu sözcüklerle ilgili çeşitli bilgiler verilmesine rağmen, iki sözcüğün de aynı anda bütün lehçelerde gösterilip tartışıldığı bağımsız bir çalışma yoktur. Bu çalışmada, iki sözcüğün de tarihî lehçelerden itibaren kullanımı ve anlamsal farklılıkları gösterilmeye çalışılacaktır. Eski Türkçeden günümüze nasıl bir şekil ve anlam değişikliğine uğradığı örnek cümlelerle desteklenecektir.

Abstract
The historical Turkic dialects “es” end “us” are the words, dating from to present that we frequently encounter in various areas of the Turkish language. Although different pieces of informatıon is provided for these two words by many researchers, there does not exist an independent study in which these two words are analyzed and discussed in all dialects at the some time. In the study, the use of these two words since the hıstorical dialects and the differences in meaning wiil be analyzed. The way they change in form and meaning from old Turkish to the modern wil be supported by examples.
