Abstract
Sendika yöneticiliğinin güvencesi ilk olarak 1963 yılında çıkartılan 274 Sayılı Sendikalar Kanunu ile mevzuatımıza girmiştir. 274 sayılı kanundan 6356 sayılı kanunun çıktığı 2012 yılına kadar kanun amacına uygun bir güvence oluşturulamamıştır. Bu nedenle de sendika yöneticilerine ilişkin güvenceyi düzenleyen hükümler önemli değişiklikler geçirmiştir. Bu makalemizde 274 Sayılı sendikalar kanunundan 6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanununa kadar geçen süreçte tekrar düzenlenen profesyonel ve amatör sendika yöneticileriyle ilgili kanuni çerçeveyi incelemeye gayret edecek ve daha sonra sağlanan güvenceyi ve hukuki sonuçlarını anlatmaya çalışacağız.

Abstract
The assurance of trade union administration is first included in our legislation through Trade Union Law no. 274, in 1963. Assurance, in conformity with the purpose of the law, was not enabled between the period when the law no. 274 was enacted and the year 2012, when the law no. 6356 was enacted. Therefore, provisions regulating the assurance of trade union administrators have gone through major changes. In this article we will try to examine the legal framework of the professional and amateur trade union administrators reorganized in the period between Unions of 274 and Unions of 6356 and the Collective Labor Law, and we will explain the assurance and legal consequences which are provided later.
