Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerini genel bir bakış açısıyla incelemek ve tükenmişliğe neden olan etmenleri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Literatüre göre, bu alanda en çok yüksek lisans tezi çalışması yapıldığı görülmüştür. Tezlerde veri toplama aracı olarak en çok anket yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Literatür taraması sonucunda, sınıf öğretmenlerinin diğer branş öğretmenlerine oranla daha fazla tükenmişlik yaşadığı, bunun nedeninin de küçük yaş grubu öğrencilerin problemleriyle uğraşmanın zorluğu olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin ders yükleri, kalabalık sınıflar, yaş, iş doyumu, uzun süre aynı öğrencilerle çalışmak sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişliklerini artıran diğer etmenler arasında yer aldığı görülmüştür. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin duygusal tükenmişliklerinin ise okul idaresinden ve diğer öğretmenlerden takdir görme, aldığı ücretten memnuniyet düzeyi, mesleğinden aldığı manevi doyum meslekte verimliliğe ve duyarsızlaşmaya önemli olduğu görülmüştür. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik sorunlarını ortadan kaldırmak için, tükenmişliğin nedenleri doğru tespit edilip, hizmet içi eğitim ve kurs faaliyetleri aracılığıyla bu nedenler ortadan kaldırılmalıdır. Ayrıca okullarda düzenlenen sosyal, kültürel ve sportif faaliyetler tükenmişliği önlemede yardımcı olacaktır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the burnout levels of classroom teachers from a general point of view and to reveal the factors that cause burnout. Literature review method was used in the study. According to the literature, it has been seen that the most postgraduate thesis work has been done in this field. Questionnaire method was mostly used as data collection tool in theses. As a result of the literature review, it is seen that classroom teachers experience more burnout than other branch teachers, and the reason for this is the difficulty of dealing with the problems of younger students. Classroom teachers' course load, crowded classes, age, job satisfaction, working with the same students for a long time are among the other factors that increase the burnout of classroom teachers. It was seen that the emotional burnout of the classroom teachers, being appreciated by the school administration and other teachers, the level of satisfaction with the salary they receive, the moral satisfaction they receive from their profession are important for productivity and depersonalization in the profession. In order to eliminate the burnout problems of classroom teachers, the causes of burnout should be determined correctly and these reasons should be eliminated through in-service training and course activities. In addition, social, cultural and sports activities organized in schools help prevent burnout.
