Kurtubalı İbn Rüşd’ün Felsefesine Bir Giriş Denemesi: Ontolojiden Siyaset Felsefesine Kısa Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract
Batı düşüncesini Ortaçağ’da şekillendirmeye başlayan filozoflardan Endülüslü İbn Rüşd, varlıkları bilginin temeli olarak kabul ederek varlık ve bilgi felsefelerine yönelir. Bu nedenle çalışmada İbn Rüşd’ün varlık felsefesine ve varlık felsefesiyle ilişkisi göz önünde bulundurularak sonraki bölümde bilgi felsefesine yer verilmiştir. Onun çalışmalarının bazıları ise ilimlerin sınıflandırılmasıyla ilgilidir. Bu sınıflandırmada İbn Rüşd, siyaseti uygulamalı ilimler arasında sayar. Daha sonra siyaset felsefesine yönelen İbn Rüşd bu alandaki çalışmasında bir liderde bulunması gereken özelliklere işaret eder. Bilgili insanların yönetici olması gerektiğini düşünen İbn Rüşd, bilgiyi esas alan ve varlıkların bilgisine haiz olan yöneticilerin aynı zamanda hukuka bağlı kalacağını iddia eder. Çalışmanın son bölümünde onun siyaset felsefesine yer verilmiştir ve İbn Rüşd’ün en önemli amacının, eğitim yoluyla erdemli bir toplumu inşa ederek erdemli bir kentte yaşamak olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Andalusian Averroes, one of the philosopher who started to shape the Western thought in the Middle Ages, considered to the beings as the basis of knowledge and turned to ontology and epistemology. So in this study, First of all, we will focus on his ontology. it is included in his epistemology in the next section, by taking into consideration with its relationship the ontology. Some of his Works are related to the classification of sciences. In this classification Averroes lists politics among applied sciences. Later he who turned to political philosophy, points out the characteristics that a leader should have in his work in this field. Averroes, thinking that men of wise should be ruler, claims that rulers who based on knowledge and have knowledge of beings will also adhere to the law. In the last section, his political philosophy is included and it has been determined that the most important aim of Averroes is to be live in a virtuous city by constituting a virtuous society by means of education.
