Abstract
Osmanlı Devleti’nde ilk gazeteler azınlıklar tarafından çıkarılmış, bu gazeteleri devletin resmî gazetesi ve yarı resmî gazete takip etmiştir. 1860 yılında özel sermayeli ilk Türkçe gazete yayımlanmıştır. Gazeteyle birlikte Türk edebiyatına yeni türler girmiş ve Türk edebiyatının beslendiği kaynaklarla birlikte edebiyatın yönü de değişmiştir. Zamanla ülkenin tümüne hitap eden gazeteler yanında yerel gazeteler de çıkmış, son otuz yıllık süreçte internet gazeteciliği de buna eklenmiştir. İnternet gazeteciliğinin başlamasıyla gazete sayısında da ciddi artış olmuştur. Günümüzde çoğu gazete hem matbu olarak basılmakta hem de internet üzerinden okuyucularına ulaşmaktadır. Gazetelerin sayısının artması yanında niteliğiyle ve etkisiyle ilgili tartışmalar da artarak devam etmiştir. Gazetelerdeki haberlerin objektifliği gibi konular yanında yazım ve anlatım sorunları da tartışılan konular arasındadır. Bu çalışmanın konusu da Batman’daki yerel gazetelerde karşılaşılan anlatım bozukluklarıdır. Batman’da yayımlanan yirmi beş gazete bulunmaktadır. Bu gazetelerden beş tanesi Basın İlan Kurumu tarafından belirlenen ölçütleri karşılamaktadır. Aynı zamanda bu gazeteler bahsi geçen kurumun havuzundan eşit şekilde ilan alabilmektedir. Çalışmaya konu olarak bu beş gazetenin 05.08.2023-09.08.2023 tarihleri arasındaki sayıları anlatım bozukluğu yönünden incelenmiştir. Gazetelerde toplam 249 anlatım bozukluğu tespit edilmiş, bu anlatım bozuklukları 16 başlık altında sınıflandırılmıştır. Her başlık altına örnek cümleler yazılmış ve cümlelerin doğru şekillerine de yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde gazetelerde görülen anlatım bozukluklarının nasıl giderilebileceği ve daha özenli yazıların nasıl hazırlanacağı tartışılmıştır.

Abstract
The first newspapers in the Ottoman Empire were released by minorities, which were later followed by the official newspaper of the government and the semi-legal newspaper. The first private-equity Turkish newspaper was published in 1860. Along with the newspaper, new types have entered Turkish literature, and the direction of literature has changed along with the sources it was fed. In time, local newspapers were published in addition to newspapers that appealed to the whole country, with internet journalism adding to this in the last thirty years. With the start of internet journalism, there has been a significant increase in the number of newspapers. Today, most newspapers are both printed and reach their readers over the internet. Along with the increase in the number of newspapers, discussions about their quality and impact continued to increase. Issues such as the objectivity of the news in the newspapers as well as the problems of writing and expression are among the topics discussed. The topic of this work is the expression flaws encountered in the local newspapers in Batman. There are twenty-five newspapers published in Batman. Five of these meet the criteria set by the Basın İlan Kurumu (Press Advertisement Agency). These newspapers can receive advertisements equally from the pool of the aforementioned institution. As the subject of the study, the issues of these five newspapers between 05.08.2023 and 09.08.2023 were examined in terms of expression flaws. A total of 249 expression flaws were detected in the newspapers, and these speech flaws were classified under 16 headings. Example sentences were written under each heading, and the correct forms of the sentences were also included. A discussion on how to eliminate the expression flaws in the newspapers and how to prepare more elaborate articles is presented in the conclusion part.
