Abstract
Çevresel ve ekonomik sorunların ters tedarik zinciri yönetimi üzerinde önemli bir etkisi olduğu düşünülmekte ve sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri gelişiminin temel taşlarından biri olmaktadır. Literatürün gözden geçirilmesi sonucu, ters tedarik zinciri yönetimi için kapsamlı bir referans çerçevesinin tam olarak gelişmediği görülmektedir. Son yıllarda, tersine lojistik faktörlerini içeren bu sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri uygulamalarının nihayetinde ekonomik performansı artırabilecek daha entegre tedarik zincirleri uygulamalarına yönelik araştırmalar başlamıştır. İyi tasarlanmış bir ters tedarik zinciri programı sağlamak, kuruluşun kendisini farklılaştırma ve pazar payını rakiplerden ayırma yeteneğini önemli ölçüde artırabilmektedir. Tersine tedarik zinciri sorunu kurumun kurumsal stratejisinin bir parçası olmalıdır. Makro açıdan bakıldığında, kuruluşun çalıştığı sektörün ters tedarik zinciri faaliyetleri, parçaların yeniden kullanımı, onarımı, yeniden işleme ve yeniden üretim gibi konuları içermektedir. Bu çalışmada Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey Üniversitesi Bilgi İşlem departmanında tersine tedarik zinciri faaliyetlerinin uygulanmasına yönelik incelemeler ele alınmaktadır.

Abstract
Environmental and economic problems are thought to have a significant impact on reverse supply chain management and are one of the cornerstones of sustainable supply chain development. A review of the literature reveals that a comprehensive reference framework for reverse supply chain management is not fully developed. In recent years, these sustainable supply chain practices involving reverse logistics factors have ultimately begun to investigate more integrated supply chain practices that can improve economic performance. Providing a well-designed reverse supply chain program can significantly enhance the organization's ability to differentiate itself and differentiate its market share from competitors. Conversely, the supply chain problem should be part of the enterprise's corporate strategy. From a macro perspective, the reverse supply chain activities of the sector in which the organization operates include topics such as reuse of parts, repair, reprocessing and remanufacturing. In this study, investigations on the implementation of reverse supply chain activities in the IT department of Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University are discussed.
