Abstract
Osmanlı Devleti'nin hukuki yapısını anlamak için incelenmesi gereken kaynakların başında şer'iye sicilleri gelmektedir. Şer'i Mahkemeye intikal eden bütün olayların ve dava kayıtlarının tutulduğu deftere şer'iye defterleri denilmektedir. Osmanlı hukuku üzerine kısa bir değerlendirilme yapıldı. Osmanlı Devleti hukuk yapısını oluşturan temel unsurlardan bahsedilerek Osmanlı Devleti'nin hukuk sistemi hakkında değerlendirilmelerde bulunuldu. Osmanlı hukuk sisteminde yer alan görevliler ana hatlarıyla değerlendirildi.

Abstract
In order to understand the legal structure of the Ottoman Empire, the sources that need to be examined are among the records of the Sharî'a court . The ledger, in which all the events and the case records that have been submitted to the Sharî'a court have been kept, are called the books. A brief evaluation was made on Ottoman law.
