Abstract
Bu çalışmada, mistik tecrübe ile genelde ruh sağlığı, özelde ise benlik saygısı ve mutluluk arasında herhangi bir ilişki olup olmadığını varsa bunun ne tür bir ilişki olduğunun deneysel olarak incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 18 yaş üzeri kişiler, örneklemini ise gönüllülük ilkesi esas alınarak ve tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 413 kadın ve erkek oluşturmaktadır. Korelasyonel türdeki bu araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak ‘Kişisel Bilgi Formu’ ‘Mistik Tecrübe Ölçeği’, ‘Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği’ ve ‘Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeği’ kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SSPS 25 paket program kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, pearson ve partial korelasyon tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, araştırmanın temel değişkenleri olan mistik tecrübe ile benlik saygısı ve mutluluk arasında pozitif yönde ve istatiksel olarak anlamlılık düzeyinde ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca sosyo-demografik değişkenlerle mistik tecrübe arasında anlamlılık düzeyinde fark ve ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to experimentally examine whether there is any relationship between mystical experience and mental health in general, and self-esteem and happiness in particular, and if so, what kind of relationship it is. The population of the study consists of people over the age of 18, and the sample consists of 413 men and women selected by random sampling method based on the principle of voluntarism. In this correlational study, 'Personal Information Form', 'Mystical Experience Scale', 'Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale' and 'Oxford Happiness Scale' were used as data collection tools. SPSS 25 package program was used in the analysis of the data. While analyzing the collected raw data, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, pearson and partial correlation techniques were used. As a result of the research, it has been determined that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between mystical experience, self-esteem and happiness, which are the main variables of the research. In addition, it has been observed that there are some significant relationships and differences between socio-demographic variables and mystical experience.
