MANASTIR ŞER’İYYE REGISTER OF NUMBER 8 INTRODUCTION AND FICTION(65-120)


Şer’iyye records is an important source of the administrative, political, military, social, economic and cultural structure of the Ottoman Empire. The documents in the records of Şer'iyya records of the Ottoman Empire buying-selling, lending, guardian, proxy assignment, donation, pledge, marriage, divorce, foundation records, food and goods prices, tax related records of the Ottoman Empire's political, economic provides cultural, administrative and political information. In addition, the order issued by the Edict, order, orders and provisions highlights important points in the registry. The details of the military at the time of the expedition, as well as the details of the accommodation, contain noteworthy details in the records. In this study, Manastır Book No. 8, between pages 65-120 are presented and rewiewed. After giving information about the registry, the documents in the book have been classified and the summaries of the documents are included.
