Interview Mistakes in Human Resources Management and Efficiency Perceptions of Human Resources Specialists İnsan Kaynakları Yönetiminde Mülakat Hataları ve İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanlarının Verimlilik Algısı
The most effective method but also the most available to make mistakes among the recruitment process of the enterprises is interview. When we look at the past from day to day, we see that the element that determines the efficiency in interviewing method is always human.
In this case, it should be kept in mind that any element that may affect the person in communication may also be effective in the interview process, which may lead to incorrect decisions by affecting the interview process. Such incorrect decisions are thought to have a major impact on the efficiency of the business.
The first part of the thesis consists of the entrance part. In the second part, literature is included. The third part includes the philosophical aspect of the research, and the fourth part
includes the survey part and analysis of the research.
In the last part, a deduction was made from the obtained data as a result of the thesis and suggestions were made.
