THE EFFECT OF HEALTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM ON PATIENT SATISFACTION
SAĞLIKTA DÖNÜŞÜM PROGRAMININ HASTA MEMNUNİYETİNE ETKİSİ
Abstract
The study conducted on the effect of Health Transformation Program on patient satisfaction was conducted on 354 patients who applied to a private health institution in Gaziantep. The data collection tool used in the research, the scale used for the satisfaction of the Health Transformation Program and the questions about the opinions of the Health Transformation Program were collected by Kol (2014). As a result of the research, it was seen that patients were generally satisfied with the health transformation program and that the health services provided within this scope were on-site services.
