The purpose of this study is to investigate the law subjects found in social studies curricula between 1924-2005. For this purpose, curricula of social studies in primary and secondary schools were analyzed in detail. The sunjects containing law subjects, weekly hours of those lectures, units and targets of lectures were determined. Case study was selected for this study. For data collection tool, document analysis was used. Those data gathered from document analysis were analyzed via descriptive analysis method. As a result of the study, law subjects were found in social studies curricula especially in histroy, geography and citizenship courses. Also, in spite of units and targets of subjects have changed in years, comtents of the courses have remained the same.
